Cancellations
You can change any appointments up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, and no fees or charges will occur. If you cancel within the 24 hour time frame, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you arrive 15 minutes or later over your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be rescheduled and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellation fees do not go towards future appointments.
No Call / No Show
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
No Children Under 12
At The Shore, we pride ourselves on providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests. We ask you to please not bring children under 12 with you to appointments out of respect to our other clients and their experiences. If your childcare arrangements change unexpectedly, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way we can. Children over 12 may receive services at full price if they are able to provide other guests with a relaxing environment while doing so.
Wi-fi Available
Yes, we have Wi-fi available! Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, or laptop with you to your appointment. We ask that all devices be used on “silent” or with headphones to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If for any means you are unhappy with your service, please notify The Shore within a week of your appointment.
Timing your appointments
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want to you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair and nail appointments can last 2-3+ hours depending on the service provided. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.
